URGENT SAFETY ALERT!

We have come across a problem that occurs very frequently in the heat exchangers of older furnaces, but includes those under 10 years old. Thanks to our special video inspection apparatus, in addition to all other traditional methods we use during the inspection of furnaces (and other equipment), we report that cracks are developing where previously they were unexpected and undetected. These cracks are extremely dangerous and pose urgent risks to those within the homes where they have occurred. We are also finding advanced corrosion and build-up where it was never expected so soon.
