In fairness, we would remove the equipment in question that we installed. If damage has occurred due to owner negligence, we cannot honor this guarantee. Additionally, if Discount's recommendations for system components (based on home size or configuration, etc.) are declined in favor of equipment not appropriate to providing your heating/cooling solution, Discount may waive this guarantee due to mismatched performance requirements.

 

Purchases that are financed are exempt from this guarantee as payment becomes pledged to an independent third party.

20 Year "No Repair Cost" Promise:

This requires an annual Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) to be active and in-force to be certain the system/equipment is properly maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Failure to enroll in or continue a PMA will default to manufacturer's warranty.
